Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 55%

This is the first of three releases in the Hardin’s Creek Kentucky Series, all three 17-year-old Bourbons distilled on the same date and matured at different sites in the state. The Clermont edition was matured at the flagship Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. The nose has touches of red apples, caramel, honey sweetness, peaches, apricots, and a soft oakiness. The taste is fruity with oak in the background and notes of red apples, peaches, apricots, and wood spices. The finish is long and fruity with touches of oak and spice. Very nice! (May, 2023)
