This cask-strength Bourbon from Kentucky’s Green River Distillery has a dry nose with touches of leather, tobacco, dried fruits, and a touch of oak. The taste starts off with a note of sweet maple, followed by a burst of cinnamon, clove, and allspice notes that fade slowly to reveal touches of chocolate, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy. (June, 2024)
