This 100% rye whisky has a crisp, light nose with hints of rye bread, honey, molasses, and dried flowers. The taste is rich and spicy with notes of white pepper and allspice balanced by honey, molasses, and tree fruits. The finish is long and spicy. Very nice! (January, 2024)
