This Connoisseur’s Choice selection was bottled in 1998, and the nose has notes of honey, vanilla, elderflower, rose petals, and hints of peaches and citrus fruits. The taste is fruity with peaches, red apples, and citrus balanced by muted spices, dried flowers, and a hint of honey. Give this one time in the glass, and a heavy butterscotch note will come out as well. The finish is long, fruity, and elegant. Wow! (November, 2019)
