This single malt from Gordon & MacPhail’s Recollection Series of whiskies from closed distilleries has a malty nose with touches of lemon zest, dried flowers, honey, and vanilla. The taste is tart and fruity with citrus, white pepper, barley sugar, and dried flowers. The finish is long and tart. (November, 2024)
