Country: Scotland

Region: Speyside

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Gordon & MacPhail

ABV: 56.1%

Score: 94 Points

This single malt from Gordon & MacPhail’s Connoisseur’s Choice range was matured in a refill Sherry hogshead cask and bottled exclusively for the British Columbia market. The nose has dried tree fruits, beeswax, and a touch of citrus. The taste has notes of cooked apples, cinnamon, orange zest, and touches of black pepper and oak tannins. The finish is long with touches of chocolate and toasted oak. Excellent! (January, 2024)
