Gordon & MacPhail bottled this 14-year-old edition in 1998, and the nose is dusty and aromatic. Think of old books, perhaps a hint of leather, and touches of honey and cocoa powder. The taste has touches of chocolate-covered cherries, a hint of orange peel, almond oil, and a nice maltiness. The finish is long and smooth with hints of tartness and almond oil. (November, 2019)
