Gordon & MacPhail Glen Grant 1954 “Mr. George Legacy”

Gordon & MacPhail Glen Grant 1954

Country: Scotland

Region: Speyside

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Gordon & MacPhail

ABV: 50.5%

Score: 95 Points

This 70-year-old single malt is the final edition of Gordon & MacPhail’s Mr. George Legacy series. The nose is fruity with touches of cherries, figs, dates, and hints of marzipan and soft oak. The taste is fruity and vibrant with a nice kick of spice, while touches of Christmas cake, honey, and hazelnut add balance and complexity. The finish is long and fruity with a touch of oak. Excellent! (May, 2025)
