Glengoyne 25 Year Old
Country: Scotland
Region: Highlands
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 48%
Score: 93 Points
This whisky comes from ex-Sherry casks and has a nose full of dried fruits, soft spices, toffee, vanilla, honey, and a hint of oak. The taste is fruity with notes of orange marmalade, a good oakiness, clove, a touch of black pepper, and hints of honey and caramel in the background. The finish lingers nicely with subtle spices and a touch of orange marmalade. Excellent! (February, 2019)
