ABV: 43%

Glenfarclas 25. Image courtesy Glenfarclas Distillery. The nose has notes of butterscotch and menthol cough lozenges, along with touches of raisins and cooked fruits for a nice complexity. The taste is tart and fruity with orange peel, lemon zest, hints of mango and papaya, along with allspice and crystallized ginger. The finish is long, tart, and fruity. Overall…excellent balance and complexity. (November, 2015)
