Glencadam 19 Oloroso Cask Finish
Country: Scotland
Region: Highlands
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 46%
Score: 90 Points
The nose on this Highland single malt has notes of dried fruits, apricots, ginger, nutmeg, Christmas cake, and a soft hint of oak. The taste starts off creamy and fruity with mango and apricot notes, then the spices come alive with ginger, nutmeg, and a touch of clove. The finish is long as those spices gently fade away to leave behind a subtle hint of dried fruits. Very nice. (October, 2017)
