Glen Moray Cabernet Cask Finish. Image courtesy Glen Moray. This Speyside single malt is finished in Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks, and the nose is full of fresh berries, red grapes, honey, vanilla, muted spices, and a nice maltiness. The taste is creamy and fruity with red apples, peaches, and grapes followed by a subtle spiciness with touches of vanilla and honey. The finish is long, creamy, and fruity with hints of spice.
