Glann ar Mor 1st an Gwech 2009/First Bottling 2009

Country: France

Region:

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 46%

Score: 87 Points

This single malt comes from the Brittany coast of France, and is just over three years old. However, it tastes much more mature than many young malts. The nose is malty with hints of honey and dried grass. The taste is thick and chewy with a good balance of cinnamon spice and honey notes that linger nicely. The finish is spicy and long, and a splash of water releases more sweetness while delaying the spiciness.
