This whiskey was made with 100% unmalted barley grown on the Frey Ranch in Nevada, and the nose has a barley sugar sweetness along with touches of peaches, honey, and vanilla. The taste has spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper balanced by barley sugar, hints of citrus, and vanilla. The finish is long and spicy with a hint of barley sugar. (March, 2025)
