This whisky gets its name from the confluence of the Fraser and Thompson rivers in British Columbia, and is a blend of Canadian and American whiskies. The nose has touches of caramel, honey, and dried fruits. The taste is light and crisp with a delayed onset of cinnamon and black pepper balanced by notes of honey, caramel, and vanilla. The finish is long and sweet with lingering hints of spice. (November, 2023)
