This bourbon uses three of the 10 Four Roses recipes, and is bottled at cask strength. The nose is full of oak, caramel, honey, and dark chocolate. The taste has soft spices, honey, raspberry, and cherry notes and is exceptionally smooth. The finish has notes of cherries, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon.
