John Hall selected this cask as one of his personal favorites, and it’s a winner. The nose has great notes of red grapes, figs, honey, and dark chocolate. The taste has notes of dried fruits, oranges and figs, and a thick and nectar-like mouthfeel. The finish is long and complex with dried fruits, subtle touches of allspice and honey.
