This is the debut whiskey for the Coors Whiskey Company, and blends single malt from an undisclosed Colorado distillery with Bourbon from the Bardstown Bourbon Company. The nose is dry and aromatic with hints of tobacco, leather, caramel, and a touch of oak. The taste has notes of caramel apples, cinnamon, honey, tobacco, leather, and dried fruits. The finish has a nice balance of dried fruits, lingering spices, and a touch of oak. A nice debut! (March, 2022)
