This whiskey from Ireland’s Powerscourt Distillery is made using sourced whiskies while the distillery’s own whiskey matures. The blend has a light, gentle nose with hints of citrus, vanilla, honey, and dried flowers. The taste is tart and fruity with citrus, ginger, hints of spice, and a slight flintiness bordering on metallic. The finish is long and slightly tart with a touch of flintiness in the background.
