This Speyside single cask bottling from Elixir Distillers for The Whisky Exchange in London has a lemony, tart nose with notes of vanilla, shortbread cookies, and muted spices. The taste has notes of lemon custard, toffee, a hint of chocolate, butterscotch, and a nice subtle spiciness that gradually develops and lasts through the finish along with a touch of lemon zest.
