This 8-year-old Irish grain whiskey has a crisp, clean nose with notes of dried flowers, red apples, peaches, honey, and vanilla. The taste has touches of honey and black tea along with lemon pepper, a hint of cinnamon candy, dried flowers, and red apples in the background. The finish is long and tart with a nice fruitiness.
