Dry Fly Wheat Whiskey. Image courtesy Dry Fly Distilling. This Washington State wheat whiskey has a warm and sweet nose with touches of caramel syrup, dark chocolate and subtle spices. The taste has a good, thick mouthfeel and starts off sweet with dark chocolate, brown sugar, and caramel syrup notes followed by a slow buildup of baking spices that lasts through the nice, long finish.
