Dràm Mòr Glenrothes 9 Cask #2850. Image courtesy Dràm Mòr Group. This single malt spent its final four months in a first-fill Spanish red wine barrique after being matured in a refill ex-Bourbon barrel. The nose  has notes of raspberry jam, dried fruits, almond oil, lime zest, and a hint of subtle spices. The taste starts out with crystallized ginger, honeycomb, chocolate, and orange slices, followed by a spicy buildup leading into the long finish with hints of clove and allspice balanced by dried fruits.
