This corn whiskey from Georgia’s Distillery of Modern Art has a grainy nose with touches of popcorn, honey, vanilla, and a hint of tre fruits. The taste has notes of burnt corn, black pepper, honey, vanilla, and spearmint, while the finish is long with a lingering pepperiness. (November, 2024)
