Dalwhinnie Distiller’s Edition 2009

Country: Scotland

Region: Speyside

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 43%

Score: 93 Points

The 2009 edition was distilled in 1991 and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. The nose is light and grassy with hints of peat and cinnamon. The taste is smooth with subtle spices, malty with a touch of green grapes, and the finish has notes of vanilla and chardonnay with a touch of oak.
