This is one of the 2015 releases in Diageo’s Classic Malts Special Releases series, and was distilled in 1980. The nose is fruity and floral with notes of ground-up orange peel, mango, and a hint of papaya along with fresh berries, dried flowers, and a touch of coconut. The taste is fruity and well-balanced with orange peel, mango, and a hint of grapefruit tartness with subtle spices and slight hint of rosemary and ginger. The finish is long and mouthwateringly fruity. Very nice! (December, 2016)
