This limited-edition release from the Cuthbert family’s farm distillery has a malty nose with dried grass, dried flowers, honey, pears, and vanilla. The taste is tart and fruity with good spice touches of white pepper and chili powder, lemon zest, chocolate, and honey. The finish is long and mouth-tingling with lingering spices and a hint of anise. Excellent! (June, 2024)
