Score: 93 Points

I wish the Cuthbert brothers would make more Daftmill whisky than they do. This 15-year-old single malt has a honeyed nose with touches of butterscotch, lemon zest, dried flowers, and vanilla. The taste is thick and oily with notes of clove, white pepper, allspice, lemon zest, and honey. The finish is long with lingering spices. Excellent! (November, 2024)
