Crown Royal Noble Collection Aged 16 Years. Image courtesy Crown Royal/Diageo. This 16-year-old Canadian Rye whisky has toasted caramel on the nose along with baking spices and touches of raisins, plums, and red grapes  balanced by honey and an aromatic hint of incense. The taste has nice baking spices balanced by a fruity tartness for a good complexity with touches of caramel, honey, raisins, and chocolate-covered cherries. The finish is long and slightly tart with a touch of black cherries and lingering spices. (December, 2020)
