One of the four distillery bottlings introduced in 2014. The nose that is dry and subtly spicy with notes of clove, cardamom, roasted almonds, toasted oak, and a hint of cedar. The taste is thick and spicy with clove, cinnamon, touches of licorice and dark honey, and a hint of oak in the background. The finish is long with smoothly fading spices and touches of oak and honey. Very nice! (November, 2014)
