Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky
Country: England
Region:
Type: Single Malt
Bottler: Distiller
ABV: 46%
Score: 91 Points
The inaugural single malt release from England’s Cotswolds Distillery has a malty, sweet nose with notes of barley sugar, toffee, hints of marzipan and almond oil, and a touch of fudge. The taste starts off sweet with barley sugar, fudge, and toffee notes, then spicy touches of clove and cinnamon come alive and last through the long and nicely balanced finish. An excellent debut and a sign of even better things to come. (December, 2017)
