This Compass Box whisky gets its name from the Sherry and red wine casks used in its maturation, and the nose has touches of red grapes, figs, dates, raisins, and honey. The taste is fruity with a nice spicy kick and notes of figs, raisins, dates, and honey. The finish is long and fruity. Excellent! (September, 2024)
