Photo ©2019, Mark Gillespie/CaskStrength Media. This 2015 release was distilled in 1995, and the nose has notes of toasted caramel, crème brûlée, butterscotch, and toffee. The taste is spicy with touches of clove, cinnamon candies, toasted caramel, dried flowers, and a touch of butterscotch that comes out as the spices start to fade. The finish is long and slightly dry with dried flowers and lingering spices. (January, 2019)
