Producing WhiskyCast has given me the opportunity to taste some really amazing whiskies, and I’m pleased to share my tasting notes with you here. You can search my entire database of tasting notes from this page, and I hope you’ll find it useful.
From The Whisky Exchange’s Elements of Islay series, this Bowmore bottling has good peatiness on the nose with brine and hints of malt, honey, and vanilla. The taste has peat and pepper notes with vanilla, coconut, and honey touches that fade quickly. The finish is long and smoky.
