The nose is lightly peated with notes of vanilla, almonds, and straw. The taste starts off with notes of peat and cayenne pepper that fade to reveal caramel sweetness and vanilla. The finish has lingering peppery notes, along with vanilla, caramel, and a hint of dark chocolate.
