Bulleit’s entry into the growing American Single Malt market has a dry, dusty nose with touches of maltiness, honey, and butterscotch. The taste has a nice balance of spiciness and malty character with white pepper and clove complemented by barley sugar, honey, and a hint of plums that comes out near the finish…which is long with a lingering touch of spice. *
