The nose has notes of soft smoke, heather, and dried grass. The taste is creamy at first with a spicy kick that fades to reveal a syrupy nectar-like sweetness with peaches and pears, along with a slight kiss of smoke that provides a good balance. The finish is long and slightly tart with a good balance of sweetness and tartness.
