Bladnoch Vinaya

Country: Scotland

Region: Lowlands

Type: Single Malt

Bottler: Distiller

ABV: 46.7%

Score: 92 Points

This is a no-age statement addition to the Bladnoch range following in the footsteps of the distillery’s 2017 Samsara release, and is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Sherry casks. The nose is fruity and floral with touches of citrus fruits, lemongrass, sandalwood, honey, and vanilla. The taste is fruity with citrus, apples, a touch of lemon pepper spice, and hints of cocoa powder, honey, and sandalwood that add a nice balance. The finish is long, fruity, and floral.
