This single cask bottling was filled in February of 2008 and bottled in October of 2019. The nose is rich and aromatic with notes of berry cobbler, raisins, red grapes, and muted spices. The taste is full-bodied with berry cobbler, plums, raisins, baking spices, and a hint of nuttiness. The finish is long with dark fruits and a lingering hint of spice. (April, 2020)
