This 6-year-old Bourbon comes from an undisclosed distillery in Tennessee, and the nose has notes of brown sugar, molasses, dark chocolate, leather, pipe tobacco, and caramel cola. The taste has a note of bitter dark chocolate, along with cinnamon, black pepper, honey, leather, and cola. The finish has a touch of brown sugar and molasses that builds up over lingering dark chocolate, honey, and spices. (November, 2014)
