2025’s first release of Bernheim Barrel Proof has soft spices on the nose with a hint of oak and touches of honey, vanilla, and black tea. The taste is dry and astringent with notes of black pepper, oak tannins, black tea, and honey. The finish is long and woody. Very nice! (March, 2025)
