Bellevoye Rouge Triple Malt. Image courtesy Bellevoye/Les Bienheureux. This “triple malt” uses whiskies from three different French distilleries. The nose is malty and sweet with notes of honey, caramel, muted spices, straw, and a touch of charred oak. The taste is tart and fruity with lemon pepper, pineapple, honey, ginger, and barley sugar. The finish is long, tart, and citrusy. (March, 2019)
