This Australian Oat whiskey has a nose of fresh oatmeal, along with brown sugar, dark chocolate fudge, and a hint of allspice. The taste has notes of pepper, anise, linseed oil, lemon zest, and a touch of cinnamon underneath. The finish is long and aromatic. Very nice. (July, 2014)
