This Bourbon from Hockey Hall of Fame goalie Ed Belfour and his family follows up on their initial release of a Pecan finished Bourbon. The nose is warm and sweet with subtle spices, honey, caramel, and hints of leather and tobacco. The taste is thick, chewy, and spicy with black pepper, cinnamon, honey, brown sugar, and caramel candy notes. The finish is long and dry with lingering spices balanced by a nice underlying sweetness. (June, 2021)
