This 15-year-old Bourbon was blended from casks sourced from distilleries in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. The nose has notes of caramel, charred oak, molasses, pipe tobacco, and a hint of toasted vanilla. The taste is well-rounded and complex without being over-oaked and has great spices balanced by caramel, molasses, and vanilla. The finish is long, aromatic, and smooth. Excellent! (March, 2019)
