This complex whiskey takes Bardstown Bourbon’s rye whiskey and finishes it in Amrut single malt casks from India, then blends it with Bardstown’s straight Bourbon. The nose has touches of cherries, cinnamon, black tea, and ginger. The taste has notes of ginger, barley sugar, cinnamon, black cherries, honey, and vanilla. The finish is long and complex.
