This collaboration has a complex blend of 6 and 7-year-old Bourbon finished in Goose Island’s Bourbon County Stout casks for 12 months, then blended with 9-year-old Kentucky Bourbon. The nose has touches of almond oil, dark chocolate fudge, toasted oak, honey, and vanilla buttercream. The taste is thick and oily with notes of allspice, dark chocolate, barley sugar, vanilla, and caramel. The finish is long with lingering spices, fudge, and honey in a nice balance.
