This Balvenie was finished in Caribbean Rum casks, which added a nice touch of pineapple and coconut to the usual notes of vanilla and honey on the nose. The taste is very smooth with mild spices, a touch of cinnamon, honey, and a hint of coconut. The finish is full of honey, coconut, and allspice.
