This cask was filled in 1990 and bottled in 2012, and the nose has hints of smoke with baked apples, allspice, and honey. The taste is thick and spicy with allspice and cinnamon balanced by honey underneath. The finish is long and spicy with touches of honey and caramel candy underneath.
