This single cask was bottled exclusively for The Whisky Exchange in London, and the nose is malty with touches of green apples, honey, dried grass, lemon zest, and a hint of coconut. The taste has a nice combination of spices and tartness with lemon pepper, allspice, honey, coconut, and barley sugar. The finish is long and tart with a hint of spice. (July, 2021)
